Between electrical limits, plumbing, refrigeration, and a complete lack of storage and workspace, there is simply no room for me to do anything more here.
I work 7 days a week wearing every single hat. I am the chef, the prep cook, the dishwasher, the marketer, and the one bagging every order. I am doing it all on my own, and I have reached the limit of what one person can do in this space. I now have more customers than I can physically handle, which is a good problem to have, but the reality is I am missing calls like crazy every single day because I simply cannot handle the volume alone.
To understand why I’m taking this path to expand, you have to know where I’ve been. In 2018, the successful marketing and entertainment company that I built and ran for over 15 years was shut down. This created a domino effect that changed my life overnight. Everything I had worked for was gone, leading me straight into a bankruptcy in 2020. But little did I know, the light was shining on me. Having my son live with me at that time helped me more than he will ever know. Having him there meant I had to be strong. I had to show him that when life gets rough, you cannot give up; you have to keep going.
